The question of how we talk about God has become more and more confused in today’s western culture. Where might such a conversation start, and how might it proceed? Professor Wright argues for a radical and often surprising convergence between the problems we perceive in the world and the historical investigation of Jesus himself. This generates a new kind of ‘natural theology’, rooted in the biblical tradition but reaching out to embrace the wider world.
