Mark was responsible for the launch of St Barnabas Theological Centre in 2013 and in 2015 was appointed Principal of The Yorkshire Ministry Course; since January 2017 he has been Principal of St Hild College, formed by the merger of the two.
Daniel founded the Leeds School of Theology, which he continues to direct, and was involved in the leadership of St Barnabas Theological Centre. Since January 2017 he has been Vice-Principal of St Hild College, focused primarily on the Sheffield Barnabas Teaching Centre.
Stephen joined the staff of the Northern Ordination Course in 2003, which became the Yorkshire Ministry Course in 2007 and St Hild College in January 2017. He became Vice Principal in 2015 focused primarily on the Mirfield Teaching Centre.
Dean of Studies
Rebecca completed her DPhil on the Psalter at Oxford and has experience at mulitiple academic institutions. She joined St Hild College as Dean of Studies in 2016.
Dean of Contextual Formation
John was responsible for developing the full time contextual training route for the Yorkshire Ministry Course, and became Dean of Contextual Formation at St Hild College in 2017. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in this field with the University of Durham.
Linda's background was in both secondary and adult education before training for ordination with the Yorkshire Ministry Course. She now divides her time between active ministry in a rural benefice and her role as Pastoral Tutor at St Hild College.
An ordainted Baptist minister, Sally is the Baptist Tutor at St Hild College. Alongside this, she coordinates two reflective theology networks for Baptists in the north of England and edits the Baptist Ministers’ Journal and Scripture Union’s Encounter with God notes.
Context Support Tutor
Mike trained for ordination with the Yorkshire Ministry Course. He is now Context Support Tutor at St Hild College and is currently serving as Associate Vicar on the staff team at St Thomas Philadelphia in Sheffield.
Mark trained for oridnation at Cranmer Hall and completed his PhD from Durham in 2013. He was appointed Academic Tutor at St Hild College in 2017.
Ali has many years of administrative experience mainly in the finance and legal sectors. Ali’s focus is on administration and finance at the Mirfield Teaching Centre. You can contact her about anything relating to Mirfield Teaching Centre or York Teaching Centre.
Brian has a history in publishing, and is now part of the St Hild College team with a particuar focus on the Barnabas Teaching Centre in Sheffield.
Emily is based in Leeds and looks after external communications across all teaching centres, usually with a coffee in hand. Alongside her role at St Hild College, Emily works part time for Alpha UK as regional coordinator for the north of England.
